Billing & refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; one-night passes and festival day passes are one-off purchases and do not renew. All prices are in USD and exclude any tax that may be added at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Sold by Bug Out Software Solutions LLC.
